Mobile phones are now  part of our life.In today's world they are an absolute necessity.Whether rich or poor everyone likes to use mobile phones. Whether you are scrolling Instagram  mindlessly,or constantly refreshing  your Facebook and twitter feeds, we all admit that with out our phones
we can't imagine our life.
We all know the adverse effects of cell phones on our internal system,but very few people know its consequences on our essential part of the body that's the skin.
Here are the 5 ways in which your smartphone is ruining your skin.

1.Spots

Studies have shown that ourexposure to the light from your screen can result in premature hyper pigmentation and age spots,causing skin to look uneven and damaged.
You can use your earphones instead of placing your phone against your cheek.

2.premature ageing

You can blame your cell phone if you start to show early signs of ageing.Anything that emits high energy light,like your TV,computer screen and mobile phone can result in collagen damage.You cannot stop using your phone entirely what you can do is,avoid using phones when it is not required.

3.contact dermatitis

Phones are made of heavy metals that consists of harsh chemicals.Exposure to these chemicals can result in skin allergies and rashes.You can use earphones to avoid unnecessary use of mobile phones.

4.Acne

A cell phone is breeding ground for bacteria.Your phone is exposed to dust and dirt,each time you put it against your face it collects sebum and grime,so obviously it becomes central hub for the bacteria.
In order to avoid transfer of bacteria wipe your screen whenever you use it.Try and use a earpiece to avoid touching it against your skin.

5.Tech-Neck

When you constantly look down on your skin,you develop something that now coined as 'tech-neck' caused by the repetitive movement resulting in decrease of the elasticity around the neck causing a slight lag.To avoid this make sure to adjust your each time you look at your phone.Keep your neck upright instead of hanging.
