What is GPU?
The full form of GPU is Graphics Processing Unit.It is meant for Graphics processing operations or floating point calculations.GPU is used when we play games to lighten the load on CPU.By using GPU we can easily play high end games without any lag.It is GPU which is responsible for creating graphics,textures and colours in game.The CPU and GPU doesnot differ a lot because both are processors.
TYPES OF GPU:-

1.Dedicated Graphics cards are designed to provide high power.The GPU is integrated with the motherboard and for graphic card separate port is given.GPU possesses its separate RAM and is only used by GPU in cases of Laptops and Desktops but in android there is no separate ram for GPU. if you are a serious gamer or professional graphic designer then Dedicated graphics are meant for you.

2.Integrated Graphics card doesn't use its own RAM.It uses your systems memory.Integrated Graphics card are cheaper and produces less heat and uses low power which increases the battery  life.Integrated cards are best for everyday graphics processing,watching movies  and 2D gaming because such activities are not graphic intensive.
But before you select the the kind of graphics card you want be sure that you know how to use it.If you want to play high end games then Dedicated Graphics cards are best for you and if you are a casual user then you should definitely choose the Integrated Graphics Card.
